Does the price get cheaper the longer I hire the ski’s or board?
Yes it does, the more days you decide to hire for the cheaper the daily price becomes.
Will it cost extra if I decide to change from ski’s to a snowboard?
No it wont, you can change from ski’s to a snowboard as many times as you like at no extra cost
Do you sell stomp pads?
Yes we have a large variety of accessories such as beanies, goggles sunglasses, gloves and stomp pads, plus many more
If the snow conditions change, can I swap my equipment for something more appropriate?
Yes, you are welcome to come and change your equipment whenever you like.
Can I take my ski’s/snowboard with me the night before my first day of hire?
Yes that is no problem, save time getting on the snow by taking your gear back to your hotel
I never received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check that the email address you provided is correct. If you have further issues, please contact us.
Can I get a refund if I decide not to go to the ski field or return my gear early?
Sorry we are unable to provide refunds, but we recommend if you are un sure on the amount of days that you will need the gear, to choose less days rather than more, as you can always come in store and extend your hire
If I want to go night skiing on my last day of hire can I return my gear the following day?
You can return your gear in the morning by 9am at the latest or a late fee may be charged
How long does a hot wax take?
If you drop your ski’s or snowboard off in the afternoon they will be ready the next day at 7:40am onwards
Can I book a specific ski or board?
No. We are unable to hold specific boards or skis as another customer may have the product out at the time of your arrival.
Do you cater for kids?
We have a large range of ski’s and snowboards in all sizes for kids plus a variety of outerwear also

Can you pick us up from our accommodation to come to your shop for equipment collection?
Yes. We would be glad to pick you up from your Myoko accommodation and
bring you to & from our Shop for your equipment fitting.

I have never ridden in powder snow before. Do I need to rent powder skis/snowboard?
Can you help me choose appropriate powder skis/snowboard?
A lot of our customers require powder skis and snowboards for our high-season conditions. We have a range of all-mountain and powder skis and snowboards to suit a range of ability levels. Our staff will be happy to assist you in making your selection.
